Motion, without filming

Luxuria started from a simple observation: the photos in premium listings are excellent, the videos are missing. A shoot costs time, money and a date on which the property is empty and the light is right. So it usually stays a photo gallery.

We built a process that turns exactly these photos into calm, cinematic camera moves. The technology behind it is image generation. The work behind it is direction: which images, in which order, with which movement, and what of it survives the edit.

Every video is planned by a person and approved by a person. We do not promise a perfect copy of reality, but a walkthrough that shows the property the way a visitor experiences it.
